Daphia Collins, AGPCNP-BC

Daphia Collins, APRN, AGPCNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner at HealthStone Primary Care Partners, located in Hollywood, Fl. She has been practicing as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2020.  

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. She began her career as a registered nurse eleven years ago providing care to adult and gerontology patients in the long-term care and sub-acute care settings, before transitioning to the hospital acute inpatient rehabilitation in the Memorial HealthCare System.

Daphia was also an adjunct clinical faculty member at Nova Southeastern University in 2019 for undergraduate BSN-nursing students and was instrumental in training new nurses on the philosophy of what it means to be a registered nurse. In addition, she also served as a preceptor and mentor for nurse practitioner students during the two years she worked as a nurse practitioner in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University Miami of Miami/Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Hospital.

Daphia loves to learn and never passes up the opportunity to learn something new. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, listening to music, and playing board games.
